Nine knowledge tests. Real numbers.

These are the question counts and time limits you’ll face at the testing center — the same ones your timed mock exams run under in the app. Every test passes at 70%.

On a narrow screen, swipe the table or focus it and use the arrow keys to see every column.

Figures follow the FAA Airman Knowledge Testing Matrix (October 2025 revision). Every test passes at 70%. Your testing center confirms the current requirements when you register.

Most tests require an instructor endorsement to sit. The FIA (Flight Instructor) and UAG (Part 107) tests don’t; the FOI (Fundamentals of Instructing) test requires proof of ground training instead.
